Using two accounts in the Aimo app

If you have several different accounts for the Aimo application with several different email addresses, you must manage your account by always logging in with the account whose information you want to view or update.


NOTE! It is not possible to combine accounts.


Manage camera recognition

The license plate number of the same vehicle can be added to more than one account, but the camera recognition function can only be activated with the same license plate number with one account at a time. If you turn on camera recognition with your other account from the license plate number, camera recognition will be disabled for the previous account.


You need to activate camera recognition between two different accounts if you have parking permits with both accounts that require camera recognition to work. It is important that the camera recognition is active for the vehicle when you park with the correct account, so that parking is directed to the correct parking permit.


If you have a monthly parking permit active for the same license plate number with your other account that you used to park in another parking location with camera recognition, you do not need to change the camera recognition settings between the accounts.
