Managing a monthly permit
Your parking permit's details can be found in Aimo app's "Services" tab beneath the "My permits" header. Youäll be able to edit your permit's settingsby clicking on the permit.
The permit's details will tell you which park target the permit is for, the license plate number and payment method selected for it, and the permit's current period of validity.
The "Edit" button enables you to switch the permit's license plate number and and edit the automatic renewal's settings. When the automatic renewal's tab is green, the renewal has been enabled and the permit renews itself automatically. Should the automatic renewal be disabled, the parking permit will expire at the end of its current period of validity. The parking permit cannot be terminated in the middle of billing period.
Please remember to click the "Save" button after making the desired changes on your permit.
Please note to add a payment card on your permit, should you switch your payment card in Aimo app's "Account" window.
Please make sure to always activate on your permit the license plate number of the car which you are currently parking with. The parking permit can hold one active license plate number at a time.
Terminating a monthly permit
You can terminate your permit in the "Services" window's" "My permits" section.
The permit can be terminated in two ways: by clicking on the "Edit" button or by clicking on the "Cancel permit" button.
The "Edit" button enables you to deactivate the permit's automatic renewal. When the automatic renewal's tab is green, the renewal has been enabled and the permit renews itself automatically. When disabling the automatic renewal, please remember to click "Save".
The "Cancel permit" button will ask you to confirm that you wish to terminate your permit. Click the "Continue" button, after which the automatic renewal will be disabled.
The parking permit will expire at the end of its current period of validity. You can continue parking with your permit until the last day of validity. The permit cannot be terminated in the middle of billing period.
