Changing your email address to the Aimo app

Unfortunately, you cannot change your email address, as it is your account.

If you want to use a different email address in the Aimo app, we recommend deleting your old account and registering again. You can delete your account from the Account page by going to "My account" and pressing the "Delete account" button.

Please note that parking benefits and permits will not automatically transfer to your new account.
